The chicken pieces are cleaned and washed and then placed in a large bowl with 10 cups of water. Boil with removing the foam that appears.
Add cinnamon, cinnamon sticks and MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon cubes and simmer on low heat until the chicken is well cooked, then extracted from the spatula and set aside to cool and pull the bones out. Drain the spatula and set aside.
Wash the rice and add the remaining 9 cups, and add more water if the quantity is not enough. Add the cooked chicken and cook on medium heat, stirring from time to time for 30 minutes or until rice and chicken are cooked.
Add the ghee to the rice mixture and mix the ingredients well.
Grind the ingredients with a hand mixer and offer.
