Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the onions over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until they melt. Add chicken, garlic, parsley, all spices and saffron. Cook the ingredients for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, carrots, cinnamon, water, and MAGGI Chicken Less Salt Bouillon cubes. Boil the mixture, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the chicken is almost ripe.
Add chickpea and squash and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked.
Serve with cooked couscous.

1 cup or 250 ml of water
2 cubes of MAGGI® Chicken Less Salt Bouillon
1 pack or 400 g of canned chickpeas, filtered
2 medium-sized or 200 g squash, cut into cubes
